Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to me. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing my Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, I have a policy of No Refunds.

I had a college professor (freshman Biology) once say that someone had purchased our pricey ticket to be in his class. He compared it to buying a ticket to see the Beatles perform at a sold out show saying that if we had that ticket we'd make damn sure we showed up for it. I've never forgotten that though I think a ticket to Beyoncé is a better metaphor these days. You bought the ticket to the killer show now find a way to get yourself there no matter what. You'll be so glad you did.

All that said, In some select instances I'll allow you to gift your retreat spot or sessions to someone else. If you find yourself in a pickle, let's talk.

In the unlikely event of unforeseen events I suggest you purchase travel insurance for in-person retreats. It can really save the day for things as small as a missed flight or as large as a natural disaster, public health event or death of a loved one.
